- Roger Herring -
MSCTA & CEO
Roger Herring is known as "The Investor’s Accountant".
As a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor, MSCTA and the founder/ CEO of Investors Accounting LLC, he brings over 30 years’ of experience in accounting and strategic tax advising to his clients. During this time, he has saved his clients millions of dollars.
He began studying real estate investing in 2005 and made his first investment, a 70-door executive office suites complex, in 2006. Later that year, he combined his specialized knowledge in accounting and real estate and rebranded the firm as Investors Accounting LLC.
He is a graduate from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, in 1991 and was commissioned as an officer in the US Army Reserve, where he served for eight years. Prior to entering private practice, he spent eleven years as a corporate accountant in positions ranging from staff accountant to CFO. Roger is married to Shelley; they have two children and two grandchildren.
- Wendy Cruz -
Director of Compliance
Wendy joined Investors Accounting in February 2019. She graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2016 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Following graduation, Wendy spent three years as a staff accountant with MCG of Georgia. She was promoted to Compliance Team Supervisor in May 2023.

Senior Tax Specialist
Josh is a Senior Tax Specialist for Investors Accounting LLC and has been with Investors Accounting LLC since August 2019. Josh graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in December 2018. Josh was promoted to Senior Accountant Specialist in March 2022. Before Josh joined Investors Accounting, Josh umpired baseball for over seven years and fulfilled a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go to the MLB Hall of Fame.

EA, MBA, Macc
Dominique "Dom" is a seasoned tax professional, United States Air Force veteran, and a global citizen with a diverse background. After attending the prestigious University of the Philippines, Dom furthered her education at the University of Iowa, where she earned a B.A. in Economics and then an MBA in Finance and a Master of Accountancy from Saint Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
Dom has worked in both public and private accounting. She started her career at Deloitte and has experience with several Fortune 500 companies.
With a robust educational foundation and a wealth of global experience, Dom brings a unique perspective to her professional and personal endeavors. Whether navigating international landscapes or diving deep into the world of finance and accounting, Dom is driven by a commitment to excellence and growth.

Associate Tax Specialist
Kadeia White is an Associate Tax Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hampton University. Since graduating, Kadeia transitioned into the public accounting field and tax preparation. Kadeia joined Investor’s Accounting in June of 2023 where she continues to leverage her experience and contribute value to the organization.

Marketing Director
Ryan is a marketing expert with experience in creative messaging, automations, and branding. He has been with Investors Accounting since 2017 and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College in May of 2023. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado and works remote with Investors Accounting as the Marketing Director.

Director of Operations & Client Success
Founder and Chief Strategist with Resilient Hope Coaching, Joshua has several years of experience as a systems engineer, helping to create and implement strategies that build consistent systems and reliable results. Joshua has been working with the Investors Accounting group since 2022 and joined the team as DoO in 2023.
Steven Herring Director of IT and Security
Graduated 2017 from the University of North Georgia Corps of Cadets with a BBA in Information Systems with Minor in Cyber Security Since then, he has worked in IT Support, and a number of roles as an Information Security Analyst for a variety of companies, including Secureworks and Randstad USA. Steven oversees all technology and information security at Investors Accounting LLC.
